Description
VMS Spot-On Pigment No. 24 Soot Black is an intensive black pigment suitable for a wide range of weathering effects on scale models. The deep black tone is ideal for reproducing soot, combustion residues and dark grime on vehicles and machinery.

 

The pigment can be used directly from the jar or mixed with other pigments to create darker variations. When mixing, only small amounts should be added as the strong colour can easily dominate other shades.

 

Depending on technique and binder used, different shades, coverage and intensity can be achieved.
