VMS Universal Weathering Carrier Light is a wide spectrum thinner with finely tuned aliphatic and aromatic content and a medium evaporation rate. This milder variant is designed for safe use over both acrylic and enamel base coats (excluding enamel coats executed with Tamiya® enamels).
It is intended for thinning VMS ENML 2.0, Alkyd binders and artist oils. It allows the creation of washes, streaking, blending and similar effects without damaging properly cured enamel coats. Universal Weathering Carrier Light substitutes white spirit and odourless turpentine while offering lower odour levels.
