Description
VMS Chipping Medium is a classic chipping medium used to create worn and chipped paint effects with water-based (acrylic) paints. The product is applied between two paint layers and allows the top coat to be removed in a controlled way using water. This produces random and realistic chips and scratches. The medium is applied by brush and the first layer can be force-dried at a low setting. The product is frost sensitive and must be stored and handled at room temperature.
